باستخدامك لتطبيق منجود، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. يرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل استخدام خدماتنا.
الخدمات المقدمة
يوفر منجود منصة لطلب المنتجات من:
- المطاعم والمقاهي
- السوبرماركت ومحلات البقالة
- الصيدليات والمستلزمات الطبية
حساب المستخدم
- يجب أن تكون المعلومات المقدمة صحيحة ودقيقة
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً أو أكثر لاستخدام الخدمة
الطلبات والدفع
- جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة
- يحق لنا إلغاء الطلبات في حالات معينة
- رسوم التوصيل تُحسب حسب المسافة والمتجر
سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد
- يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل البدء في تحضيره
- استرداد المبلغ خلال 5-7 أيام عمل
- لا يمكن استرداد رسوم التوصيل بعد إرسال الطلب
المسؤولية
منجود وسيط بين العميل والمتجر. جودة المنتجات مسؤولية المتجر المعني.
التعديلات
يحق لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إخطارك بالتغييرات المهمة.
القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

By using the Mnjood app, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Services Provided
Mnjood provides a platform for ordering products from:
- Restaurants and cafes
- Supermarkets and grocery stores
- Pharmacies and medical supplies
User Account
- Information provided must be accurate and correct
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must be 18 years or older to use the service
Orders and Payment
- All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) inclusive of VAT
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain cases
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and store
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched
Liability
Mnjood acts as an intermediary between the customer and the store. Product quality is the responsibility of the respective store.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
